Association of Private Schools has filed a Writ Petition before the Hon'ble High Court of Madras vide reference cited with a prayer to forbear the respondents from admitting students in any class in a different school without applying or getting a Transfer Certificate from the school in which the student last studied.
The Hon'ble High Court of Madras passed orders as
